1. Data controller

2. What data we process

When you shop in the Online Shop, we mainly process your first and last name, billing and delivery address, email and phone number. If you buy as a business, we also process your business ID (IČO) and tax ID (DIČ). We also process order details (items ordered, price, payment method and delivery method).

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

• Processing your order and fulfilling the purchase contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Meeting legal obligations, particularly those relating to accounting and taxes (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Protecting our legitimate interests, such as collecting outstanding debts or handling warranty claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to process your order and then for the period required by law (for example, accounting and tax documents are kept for 10 years from their date of issue).

5. Recipients of personal data

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, but only to the extent needed to process your order:

• carriers delivering your goods,
• the payment gateway provider (Stripe) when you pay by card,
• partners involved in invoicing or delivering goods for individual orders – the partner may vary from order to order,
• a tax adviser or accountant, if needed to meet legal obligations.

When we process your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data deleted (where permitted by law),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on a legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

7. Cookies and measurement tools

The Online Shop uses technical cookies that are essential for it to work (for example, for your basket contents, login and payment security). These cookies do not require consent under applicable law.

We also use the following tools to measure website traffic and for marketing:
