1. Personal data controller

The personal data controller is Crunchlab media s.r.o., with registered address Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, ID: 30099943, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 456374, business premises at Národní 373/33, Liberec VIII – Dolní Hanychov, 460 08 Liberec, e-mail: info@tlakove-lahve.cz.

2. What data we process

In connection with purchasing in the E-shop, we process in particular: your name and surname, billing and delivery address, e-mail, phone number, and if you're buying for a company, also your company ID and VAT ID. We also process data about the order itself (items ordered, price, payment and delivery method).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Processing your order and fulfilling the purchase agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations, especially in accounting and tax matters (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Protection of our legitimate interests, for example debt collection or handling complaints (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data retention period

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to process your order and further for as long as required by law (for example, accounting and tax documents for 10 years from their creation).

5. Recipients of personal data

We may share your personal data with these categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary to process your order:

• delivery companies that deliver your items,
• the payment gateway provider (Stripe) when you pay by card,
• the operator of the Mapy.cz map service (Seznam.cz, a.s.), to whom we share your delivery address so we can calculate the car delivery price,
• partner organizations involved in invoicing or delivery of your items in individual orders – this partner may differ from order to order,
• our tax advisor or accountant, if necessary to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

In connection with personal data processing, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• correct inaccurate data,
• delete data (if in accordance with legal regulations),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

7. Cookies and measurement tools

We divide cookies into three groups. You can choose between them in the bar that appears on your first visit, and later anytime using the link Privacy Settings in the website footer. Your choice is saved for 6 months, then we ask again.

Essential (no consent needed)

They keep your shopping cart together, store your language choice, login information and secure card payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Without them, the e-shop wouldn't work, so according to the law they don't require your consent.

Measurement (consent required)

• Google Analytics 4 – how the website is used so we can improve it. Operator: Google Ireland Limited. Privacy Policy.

Marketing (consent required)

• Google Ads – the effectiveness of ads in Google Search and Google Shopping. Operator: Google Ireland Limited. Privacy Policy.
• Sklik and Zboží.cz – the effectiveness of ads in Seznam.cz search and on the Zboží.cz comparison engine, including purchases from these ads. Operator: Seznam.cz, a.s. Privacy Policy.
• Heureka.cz – the effectiveness of our listings on the Heureka.cz comparison engine, including purchases from its click-throughs. Operator: Heureka Group a.s. Privacy Policy.
• ChatGPT Ads – the effectiveness of our ads in ChatGPT, including purchases from its click-throughs. The script loads only with your marketing consent. Operator: OpenAI Ireland Limited. Privacy Policy.

Remarketing. With your marketing consent, Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Seznam.cz (Sklik) may add you to a list of visitors to our website – for example based on the products you viewed – and then show you our ads on other websites and in their services. Google Analytics may also use Google signals for this, i.e. data from signed-in Google users who have allowed ad personalisation. We do not pass your name, e-mail or phone number to these lists. List membership lasts at most 540 days, 30 days for most of our lists. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Privacy settings link in the website footer; you can also turn off personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center.

You can change how you use cookies anytime in your browser settings, including blocking them completely.
